[Size error] Due to the cutting process, the finished size may vary by about 2 to 5 cm. Please adjust the length with the hook adjuster.

[Color difference] The photos are for illustration purposes only, so the actual color may differ depending on the lighting in the room. Please note that even products of the same color may have subtle color differences depending on the time of arrival or production.

[Washing] The curtains can be washed in a home washing machine. The high-quality finish will last for many years. When washing, remove the curtain hooks and avoid using detergents or bleach containing bleach.

[Accessories] Fabric curtains do not include tassels other than the hooks. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if there is a defect in any accessories other than the hooks.

[Packaging] As this is a product manufactured overseas, there may be some creases (wrinkles), loose threads, stains, etc. upon receipt. Returns and exchanges related to these circumstances will be handled after confirmation from customer service.

[Shipping] Estimated shipping date: Since curtains are made to order, they will be shipped within 8 to 12 business days.
