Q1. I can’t find where to submit the measurement form. Where is it?
A1. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused when filling out the measurement form. Please contact us via email: vip@ecocurtain.com

Q2. Can it be installed if the window frame depth is less than 6 cm?
A2. If the window frame depth is less than 6 cm, day-and-night solar lithium battery curtains cannot be installed. However, a single-layer honeycomb shade is possible. The minimum depth required for a single-layer electric type is only 4 cm.

Q3. Can screwless installation be made if the width exceeds 2 m (78 inches)?
A3. Products wider than 2 m (78 inches) cannot use screwless installation. Drilling is required. Also, due to shipping restrictions, some regions do not support sales of products wider than 2 m. For details, please email us at vip@ecocurtain.com with your required size and delivery area.

Q4. What is the expected service life of the built-in lithium battery? Can it be replaced if it ages?
A4. The built-in battery is designed to maintain about 80% capacity even after around 500 charge/discharge cycles. Even without using a solar panel, it can be charged with a power bank or USB charger. Charging once every six months is sufficient for stable use. If needed, replacement lithium battery accessories are available for purchase separately.

Q5. Can products wider than 2 m (78 inches) be manufactured?
A5. In some regions, products wider than 2 m are available but require screw-fixed installation. Please email us for details.

Q6. Since I want to hide it inside the curtain box, how tall is the honeycomb curtain when retracted?
A6. For a 130 cm height, the retracted size is about 15 cm. For 150 cm, it’s about 17 cm. For 200 cm, it’s about 23 cm.

Q7. Can I open and close multiple curtains at once with a smartphone?
A7. Yes, if you purchase the smart hub and connect it successfully. It supports custom scenes, scheduling, angle adjustment, and simultaneous control of up to 15 curtains.

Q8. Can it be installed on skylights or slanted windows?
A8. This product only supports horizontal installation. Slanted window installation is not possible.

Q9. Can it be installed by drilling into the wall above the window (where curtain rods are usually mounted)? If so, how far does the shade protrude from the wall?
A9. Yes, drilling installation is possible. In this case, the protrusion from the wall is about 6.5 cm.

Q10. Is it difficult for a woman to install it alone on a window about 165 cm wide and 110 cm high?
A10. Depending on the window’s location, one woman can also complete the installation easily.

Q11. If the eaves outside my window are long and block direct sunlight, will solar charging still work?
A11. If the product is placed in a location with no sunlight at all, solar generation may decrease. However, with even a few hours of sunlight per day, there will be no problem. The built-in lithium battery allows you to charge with a power bank or USB charger about once every six months if needed.

Q12. Is the curtain fabric fire-resistant?
A12. Currently, the fabric does not support fire resistance.

Q13. What is the product lifespan?
A13. The design life of the product is about 10 years.

Q14. If the solar panel stops working, can it be operated manually? Will solar panels be sold separately if they age?
A14. This product only supports electric operation, not manual. Solar panels can be purchased separately as optional accessories.

Q15. Can the smart hub be integrated with other systems such as Matter or Apple HomeKit?
A15. Currently, the product only supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. We are continuously working on expanding compatibility, including Matter and Apple HomeKit.

Q16. Is there a warranty?
A16. Yes, the product comes with a 2-year warranty. If you find any defects, damage, or have suggestions, please contact us anytime.

Q17. How should I clean it?
A17. For daily care, gently wipe off dust with a soft cloth. For stains, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use detergents or wash with water.

Q18. Can it be used without a smartphone or Wi-Fi?
A18. Yes, it can be operated with the included remote control. However, manual operation is not supported.

Q19. Can it be used in rooms prone to condensation?
A19. Yes, but regular maintenance is required to prevent mold. Honeycomb shades have high insulation performance, which may cause condensation between the glass and fabric. Wipe with a dry cloth and raise/lower daily to maintain airflow.

Q20. What if solar charging is not possible?
A20. If there is no direct sunlight, charge manually via the included USB Type-C cable. A full charge lasts about 6 months with 3 uses per day.

Q21. Does it need a power outlet?
A21. No, it has a built-in lithium battery and can also be charged with the included solar panel. No outlet is required.

Q22. Can two units be installed side by side for a window wider than 2 m?
A22. Yes, but drilling installation is required. Purchase two units that evenly split the window width for a neat fit.

Q23. Can it be installed if the depth is less than 6 cm?
A23. We recommend installing in a curtain box. Please ensure at least 6 cm space for the shade’s movement.

Q24. Can it be installed outside the window frame?
A24. Yes, installation is possible in a curtain box using either tension or drilling methods. For exposed boxes, drilling is recommended for strength.

Q25. My window frame is hollow. I’m worried about screwless tension installation strength. Are there other methods?
A25. Yes, you can use the included hardware with drilling installation. Just drill into the top of the frame and secure with the fittings.

Q2. 窓枠の奥行きが6cm未満でも取り付け可能ですか？
A2. 奥行きが6cm未満の場合、昼夜型ソーラーリチウム電池カーテンは取り付けできません。ただし、シングルレイヤーのハニカムスクリーンであれば可能です。電動シングルタイプは最小4cmで対応できます。

Q3. 幅が2m（78インチ）以上の場合、ネジ不要で固定できますか？
A3. 幅2m（78インチ）以上の商品はネジ不要固定はできません。穴あけ取り付けが必要です。また、輸送制限のため、一部地域では販売に対応できません。詳細は必要サイズと配送地域をメール（vip@ecocurtain.com）でお知らせください。

Q4. 内蔵リチウム電池の寿命はどのくらいですか？劣化した場合、交換可能ですか？
A4. 約500回の充放電後でも約80％の容量を維持するよう設計されています。ソーラーパネルを使用しなくても、モバイルバッテリーやUSB充電器で充電可能です。6か月に1回の充電で安定して使用できます。劣化時には別売りリチウム電池を購入可能です。

Q6. カーテンボックス内に隠したいのですが、ハニカムスクリーンをたたんだ時の高さはどのくらいですか？
A6. 高さ130cmの場合は約15cm、150cmで約17cm、200cmで約23cmとなります。

Q7. スマートフォンで複数のカーテンを同時に開閉できますか？
A7. スマートハブを購入し接続することで可能です。シーン設定、タイマー、角度調整ができ、最大15台まで同時操作できます。

Q8. 天窓や傾斜した窓に取り付けできますか？
A8. 本製品は水平取り付けのみ対応しており、傾斜窓への設置はできません。

Q9. 窓上の壁（通常カーテンレールを付ける場所）に穴あけ設置はできますか？遮光スクリーンの壁からの出幅は？
A9. はい、穴あけ設置可能です。その場合、壁面からの出幅は約6.5cmです。

Q10. 幅165cm・高さ110cmの窓に、一人の女性でも取り付けは難しいですか？
A10. 窓の位置によりますが、一人でも簡単に設置可能です。

Q11. 軒が長く直射日光が当たらない場合、ソーラー充電に問題はありますか？
A11. 完全に日光がない場合は発電量が減少しますが、数時間でも日照があれば問題ありません。内蔵電池があるため、半年に1回モバイルバッテリーやUSB充電器で充電すれば使用可能です。

Q12. 生地は防炎対応ですか？
A12. 現在、防炎には対応しておりません。

Q13. 製品寿命はどのくらいですか？
A13. 設計上の寿命は約10年です。

Q14. ソーラーパネルが故障した場合、手動で操作できますか？また、ソーラーパネルのみ購入できますか？
A14. 本製品は電動操作のみで、手動操作には対応していません。ソーラーパネルはオプションで単品購入可能です。

Q15. スマートハブはMatter規格やApple HomeKitに対応していますか？
A15. 現在はAmazon AlexaとGoogle Assistantのみ対応です。MatterやApple HomeKit対応へ向けて開発を進めています。

Q16. 保証はありますか？
A16. はい、2年間の品質保証があります。問題や不具合があればいつでもご連絡ください。

Q17. お手入れ方法は？
A17. 普段は柔らかい布でほこりを拭き取ってください。汚れは乾いた布、または固く絞った布で軽く拭いてください。洗剤や水洗いは推奨しません。

Q18. スマートフォンやWi-Fiなしでも使えますか？
A18. 付属のリモコンで操作可能です。ただし、手動での開閉には対応していません。

Q19. 結露が発生しやすい部屋で使用できますか？
A19. 使用可能ですが、カビ防止のため定期的なお手入れが必要です。結露が生じた場合は乾いた布で拭き取り、毎日昇降して空気を循環させてください。

Q20. ソーラー充電ができない場合は？
A20. USB Type-Cケーブルで充電してください。1回のフル充電で、1日3回使用する場合およそ半年間使用できます。

Q21. 電源やコンセントは必要ですか？
A21. 内蔵リチウム電池があり、付属のソーラーパネルで充電可能です。コンセントは不要です。

Q22. 幅2m以上の窓に2台並べて取り付けできますか？
A22. 可能ですが、その場合は穴あけ方式で並列設置してください。幅を均等に分けることで見た目も整います。

Q23. 奥行き6cm未満でも設置できますか？
A23. カーテンボックスに設置することを推奨します。少なくとも6cmの移動スペースを確保してください。

Q24. 窓枠以外にも設置できますか？
A24. はい、カーテンボックスに「テンション式」または「穴あけ式」で設置可能です。露出型ボックスの場合は強度確保のため穴あけ方式を推奨します。

Q25. 窓枠が空洞なのでネジ不要のテンション式強度が心配です。他の方法はありますか？
A25. 専用金具を使った穴あけ方式が可能です。窓枠上部に穴をあけ、金具を取り付けてください。
